Why to go with a Certified OBM?

Hey there, one of the most important lessons I learned from my corporal life, is that in order to get better you have to keep learning. You never know what you don't know! That's why I kept my mind in a never ending studying mode. I kept growing skills that were off my charisma and tried to apply them to my managerial position in the company. It was at that point, that my boss and future mentor, pushed me to get certified as a trainer, and relocated me to a new position in the company (thank you, Mr. Chapdelaine for not letting me quit). It was made clear to me that if you don't get certified for your skills and knowledge, you can't get to the point you are meant to be.

Jumping forward to 2020, when I first started my training to become an OBM, my main thought was that I didn't need to spend my time (or my money) to get certified for what I know how to do (people meet my EGO! EGO, meet people!). But thanks to my character (and thanks to one of Psychology's fathers), I kept going through the modules, and realized what I didn't knew up till then. I knew how to do things, I knew how to train others to do things, but I didn't know how to get things done! Revelation!!!! Delegation, I am so proud to welcome you in my life!

Long story short, there are many managers out there willing to work for you. Many managers that promise great results to you. The thing here is to find a manager that is trained and willing to work for your business and not for you! A certified OBM is doing his best for your business, while at the same time is keeping you in track for success. I will get poetic now, saying that a Certified OBM is the wind beneath your wings! His training is all about how to de-touch you from all the things that hold you back, and give you all the tools on how to take your business to the next level! 

A Certified OBM, has the know how on automating your daily routines with systems that are updated and meet your business needs. He knows the "whom", "when", and "how" things can be done correctly and efficiently. He has his ways to make you thrive as a business owner, and at the same time run it at it's best. His certification has made him act 5 steps in front of everything, solve all the problems easily, make your team bring in better results, while offering you the freedom to live your life and fulfil your dreams without worrying about projects, deadlines or any other energy consuming business matters.  A Certified OBM has a unique way to make everything work like a well tuned machine.
