What's an OBM?

Hello there! 

For the past two years, I have been asked the same question a zillion times... What does a Certified OBM do? Well the answer to that question came straight from my tutor Mrs Keldie Jemieson (and I honestly thank her for this, as it saved me so much time), An OBM is a virtual-based senior-level professional who manages the day-to-day activities of online-based businesses, including the management of team members, operations, and projects. An OBM encompasses all the duties associated with Executive Leadership, Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and Digital COO for online businesses.

Now, I dare take it a little bit further than that, and add this part: real time businesses are in need of an OBM too! You see, a Certified Online Business Manager is trained to handle all the madness happening daily in your office, introduce systems and automations to your business that will make your life easier. And you don't have to have him in your office, as he can work from his home office! Isn't that great? 

Most business owners lose their path after a point. They forget what their role in their own company is, and they consume their valuable time in customer service, in solving day-to-day problems, making payments and payrolls, trying to keep their team in shape, they become their own market managers, they are trying to become social media experts, and they're even training themselves to do their own accounting. Well, I have news for you. The only job a business owner have to do is to grow their business. 

And here is where a Certified OBM is coming to the rescue! As a Certified OBM I come into this chaos to find a way to let you do your job while your company is working for you. I know, it sounds weird that everything will stay in place when you are not hovering above it. Well, let's face it, I am a unicorn! I am trained to hover over everything beneath you, and I can do it better than you because this is my reality.  And you, my beloved Business Owner, you are so much better than me in promoting your business into the next level. So let's combine our superpowers and make this happen!
