Ok, so this is Christmas!

Hello there, Happy Xmas day to you and your beloved ones! 

Xmas is a period of joy and happiness, a time to spend with your friends and family, eating splendid dinners, enjoying good wine (or whatever alcohol you like), and take some time for you, doing things that you enjoy! But I can say for sure, that if you are reading this post at the 25th of December, you belong to those people who answering e-mails, doing back office work, or having some tasks completed then your mind can't let you off work. Well, I have bad news for you... first you are a workaholic (get some help on that please), and then you are doing something wrong in your business, if you have to work at the day that only Rudolph and his friends are working (seriously now, they only have to work once per year!).

As a Certified OBM, I am often called to create automate systems in different models of businesses. I always make clear to my potential customers that every business is unique, having different needs and the systems that will be created must  be tailored. It is a process that will take some time but when it is set will change your life! Let me give you some examples.

 If you are living the nightmare on email street, get lost in your inbox, having trouble moving around different accounts and emails get lost or never answered properly, then what you need is an automated system that will organize everything, will have every email delivered to the right team member, and save all your important email. Maybe an automated answer can be sent back to the sender informing him that he will get his answer as soon as possible. 

If your Business is always trying to get paid from its customers (no, collectors is always a bad idea) and you have to spend your time figuring out how to get your money, then a proper system with automated recurring charges is the answer to your problem.

Many Businesses deal with the fear of ghosting . What will happen if one of the team members get off the train? How will things get done? WHO knows what to do with the unassigned tasks? Can I ask you if you heard of a thing called SOP? Well, an SOP is the first thing a business owner have to create in order to keep his business up and running, whatever the circumstances are. Most of you have no idea how to create it, but for a Certified OBM is basic knowledge!
