I'm James Gavriilides, and I've spent 20+ years managing operations across Greece, Cyprus, Switzerland, Australia, Canada and the USA. I hold a certification from the International OBM Organisation, a Master's in Spa Management from the University of Lausanne, and a PhD that proves I went way too deep on things I love.
